Will not use this florist again. I ordered a specific Teleflora flower arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day. However, this florist gave her something entirely different which did not have anywhere near the quality or beauty of the arrangement I ordered. It didn't even resemble it! When I called the Flower Patch about it they were unapologetic and said they had run out of what I'd ordered several days beforehand. So they decided to send Mom something else (of their own choosing) without even contacting me first to see if it were okay. I spent $80 and didn't even get what I paid for. Both my mother and I were so disappointed. I will not use this florist again.
