We have been eating at Adamos for years and have loved it - until tonight. Our favorite delivery option in the area, until tonight.

First time I have ordered since they moved to Earth City - not sure if that is a factor.

1. I always order extra mushrooms and they always deliver big time - until tonight. Toppings were sparse. The crust is much doughier than before, as well.

2. They always include a bag filled with crushed red pepper and parmesean - until tonight.

3. We ordered a large pizza and an italian chef salad. It was almost $30. Instead of the italian chef salad, they delivered a tiny dinner salad.

We called and told them we received a small dinner salad and they said that they thought I had ordered an italian salad, not an italian chef salad. (There is no italian salad on the menu, so I am not sure why they would assume that).

No big deal, please send the correct salad.

They said no, we could come pick up the salad.

We didn't make the error, we wanted the salad delivered. They said no.

We asked if we could just have a credit for the correct salad later. They said no.

We asked to speak to a manager. They said no.

We asked for the managers NAME. They said no.

After many years of enjoying this place, poor customer service has driven us away.

BEST PIZZA IN NORTH COUNTY. YES THEY ARE OPEN DISEGARD THE CLOSED REVIEW

FROM 2008.BEST CATERING AROUND-I USED THEM MANY TIMES FOR MASONIC MEETINGS.VERY GOOD SERVICE!!OPEN TUESDAY-SAT 4-9PM YUMMMMMM

Adamo's is Amazing!!!. Great food, great service, great atmosphere, and they deliver... I think it is the best Italian food in town...

Adamo's is STILL open. Adamo's was going to close and may have actually closed for a bit, but as of 11-4+2010 they are still open for business and just as wonderful as ever... Go and enjoy! Serving sizes are huge and the food is awesome! Italian wedding soup is wonderful! Pizza rocks!

Adamo's is CLOSED!!!. This restaurant is closed and it is no longer delivering food/pizza either. It is now catering only.
