Awesome Flan. I had never eaten flan before I tried the ones made at Tarascos. My boyfriend ordered and I had some of his and I was instantly a fan. Ever since that first flan, I have been trying them everywhere. I soon learned not all flan are made the same way. To date I haven't found a flan that was as rich and creamy in texture and presented on a plate of drizzled chocolate and (I believe) rum sauces with a dollop of whip cream on the side. Sometimes we go there to eat just for the dessert afterwards. Apparently so does everyone else because sometimes they are out. We know now to ask before seating if they have any available. You must try!!
