VERY Nice for Temporary Living.. The suites here are very nice complete with fully functional kitchens and bedrooms separated by a living room and 2 private bathrooms. During a tragic house fire, our insurance company made arrangements for us to stay at Staybridge and we were pleasantly surprised and how much like a "Home" this place could be. We ended up staying for several months and were happy to get back into our own home after that amount of time but can't imagine how much more difficult it would have been if we had been staying at any other hotel. This place rocks!

Poor communication skills !!!. The former Summerfield Suites on Craigshire Rd. is now Staybridge Suites. I have stayed there several times in past, but under new ownership, I found it very disappointing. Checking in on Friday evening, we discovered toilet would not flush. This was reported to front desk at 8 AM following morning, and returning to suite at 4 PM, it still was not fixed. After 2nd complaint, problem was finally fixed.

Saturday AM, we discovered that if you wanted fresh towels, bed service, minimal cleanup of room, you had to request it by Friday, 6PM, prior to our checking in. I discussed this, requesting these services, Sat. AM. Our room was madeup Saturday with fresh towels, but returning from outing on Sunday PM, a day when rates went up, the room was not serviced. Higher rates for less service? I discussed this with front desk, personally picking up fresh towels, with plans for room to be cleaned after we left for supper. This service was never provided despite assurance from front desk.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel unless you are prepared to constantly stay on top of the front desk- disappointing stay!

Good value and location. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. The price for the suites (especially a two room one) is really good. They have a sports court which my kids loved. It is close to Westport, yet in a residential area so it has some privacy to it.

I'd hoped it wouldn't become as poplular as it seemed to be this time. There were several baseball teams running around the first night that we had to wrestle for use of the pool and sports court, but besides that it was really good.
