As the owner of Sport Clips in Creve Coeur I was saddened to hear of your experience at lunch at my store. I have talked to my Stylists to remind them that everyone is helped in the order in which they came in unless they prefer to wait for their favorite Stylist. Please call me and I will make sure that your next haircut is free! I really appreciate knowing what happened.
They ignored me. I've been going to Sport Clips for a while now, and while using my lunch break at work to get my hair cut, they ignored me and let two other people ahead of me after I had waited almost half an hour! I am no longer a Sport Clips customer.

I bought the location in 2009 and although your bad experience was years prior to my having purchased the business, I wanted to invite you back for a free haircut.
