wow this place was amazing I waited maybe 5-6 min on valentines day. They had zillions of roses all I had to do was pick what I wanted out of the cooler and pay for it. Huge staff beautiful store. and there were tons of customers in there. Best i have ever seen.

I'm the "Dishonest Customer". Hello Riley,

I'm not sure why you think I got caught in a "Lie"?

This could have been resolved very easily:

I ordered flowers for valentine’s day, when I went to pick up my partner from work on Valentine’s Day at 4:00 PM I ask, "Where are the flowers I sent you?", No flowers!, We go to the receptionist to ask if she has received flowers, she says no ... I ask her if she would call us if any flowers come in... Well this was at around 4:15 PM, we finally get call at 7:30 PM from the receptionist telling us the flowers were just delivered!!!

So the following day I call the Florist to explain to him my dissatisfaction, Riley tells me "oh I see the flowers were delivered on time at 3:30 PM"

Well, I know this isn’t true, my partner knows this isn’t true, and the receptionist knows this isn’t true, so when I ask for either a complete refund, or a new set of roses to be delivered the following day, with an apology letter to my partner attached, he offers me $35.00 off my next order... Then he hangs up on me!

So now almost a month and a half later he notices my review online, and decides to leave me a voice mail message threatening me, to either remove the review, or he will “Sue Me!”

This just shows the Bully mentality, and the unprofessionalism of this business and the owner.

Now does anyone else feel these messages from "Riley" are sounding threatening?

He say's in one response, "I have all of your information on file!"

Does anyone else think I should cancel my Credit Card I used to purchase these flowers?

I wish there was a way to post the voicemail message he left me, I'm just glad I saved it...

dishonest customer!!!. Paul.

I am the owner of the florist. I reviewed this order and determined that the flowers were delivered on time. They were signed for by the receptionist at 3:30 p.m. All our drivers had completed their deliveries by 5:00 p.m. This customer did not get his way and had maliciously defamed my company. He is totally out of control. I almost wish I would have given into this dishonest person. But glad i stood up for my priciples.

He should be ashamed of himself. Just because you got caught in a lie does not give you the right to try and cheat hurt innocent business. shame on your. Hope you call and apologize for your bad behavoir

Terrible Customer Service!!!. Ordered Flowers for Valentine's Day and they were not delivered till 730pm!!!

So I ordered a dozen roses on Jan 27th to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I called the florist Valentine’s day morning to confirm an approximate time for delivery, and was told that most of their orders will be delivered by 2 to 3pm. I thought that was fine, but my flowers were not delivered till 7:30pm!!!

When I called the Florist to tell them how upset I was by this I spoke to the owner “Riley” and he said he could send me a coupon for 35.00 off my next order.

Really!!!

I asked him for either a new bouquet to be sent to apologize or a full refund and he offers me a 35.00 coupon! Then he hung up on me!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!
