Excellent Company

I called Galmiche, after I had contacted another dealer, AAA Appliance who said I needed a new furnace, then on the day they came out to install my furnace they came out 4 hours late, partially disassembled my furnace, called me and said I would also need to buy an air conditioner, when I agreed they said they had to leave and would be back in a week.

So I called Galmiche for a second opinion. They sent Joe out the next day, and the bid that he gave me was not only $350.00 cheaper but it was for Lennox equipment vs a generic brand that AAA was selling me. Although they were very busy they were sympathetic to my request for quick install (it was very cold) and they got Wayne out to install the furnace in 2 business days. Overall all of they employees that I spoke to were very friendly and helpfull each time I contacted them, including the office employee that I called on the weekend to help me with registering my equipment with Lennox for the warranty. My experience with Galmiche was simply top notch. I highly recommend this company

Dishonest, Do NOT use Galmiche, terrible company

Terrible customer service, dishonest, incompetent service manager. Owner refuses to answer phone andd letters. Would not honor warranty. Do NOT use Galmiche.
