Worst service ever received from a small-business.. My sister lives on Pershing so we've met at this restaurant for lunch a few times. Our first two visits were earlier in the year and then once again last week. The first visits went well, we were helped by a young lady whose name I think began with a D? Both times our orders were made soon after being placed and we had no complaints. This last time, the owners? Lisa and Don? were there and it was probably the worst service I ever received at a sit down restaurant. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive our orders. Only three other customers had come and gone during this time. There was no reason it should take so long for a salad and cold sandwich to be made. We were sitting close enough to overhear the owners gossiping with someone I assume was a friend of their's. I was apalled by their lack of professionalism, slow service, and the poor quality of the food (the chicken on my salad was cold and tough) and coffee (also cold and tasted hours old). Never going back.

Great place for hot & cold sandwiches, soup & salads!. The personal one-on-one attention is very satisfying. The food is prepared fresh when you order - not in an assembly line. Unique menu selections and housemade condiments add to the dining pleasure! A wonderful break in a hectic day.

I'm wondering wjy the Cafe is listed under "grocery?" It is not a grocery and should be listed under "restaurants."
