Well, after 2 years my HAIR has FINALLY grown back.. I went to this local advertised "upscale" salon to get my hair high and low lighted. I have had this done several times to my hair in the past so I know the procedure back and forward. I instructed the stylist who was too busy talking on her cell that my hair pulled color really quickly. She was too busy screwing around so by the time she rinsed me my hair was breaking off in clumps into the color bowl. What's worse she expected me to pay!!!! I had to cut my hair practically into a pixie cut. I tell everyone I know not to go near J Hair Gallery in St. Charles, MO.
