Great Pizza!!. We've ordered twice from this place and both times we were pleased. The only complaint was that it took about an hour on both occasions for them to deliver the pizza, but they told us upfront, so no biggie. The employees seem to all be very young, but they were polite on the phone and polite at the door. Once they did forget my salad, but brought it back and apologized profusely. I would order from them again, and in fact, I just did!! Those who have issues with the owner may just prefer to order delivery...calm down!! ;-)

Good Pizza, Terrible Service. The first time I went into this restaurant I was not impressed with the service. I was placing my order at the counter and the girl taking my order stopped taking my order to turn an talk to another employee! Totally rude.

The pizza was good, although I didn't have the Chicago style. The spaghettig was horrible and the meatballs were microwaved which made them rubbery.

The owner needs to learn how important customer service is. We won't be going back.

THE OWNER OF A BETTER PIZZA IS A COMPLAINT, ARROGANT JERK. I have been trying to get a piuzza right since4;30 PM it is 8;49 and nothing resolved yet. They sent me 2 wrong pizza and never got the right one or a refund. I went down there and he FRIGGIN CUSSED me out and tried to give me a pizza and say it was mine from 5:22pm at 7:50 pm. I even had to call the O'FALLON< MO POLICE. Even they said he has been a REAL PROBLEM, and they gave up and told me to file a small claims court over $32 total. SO WHEN THIS IDIOT GOES TO COURT HE WILL HAVE TO PAY THE $32 PLUS ANOTHER $100 IN COURT COSTS AND WILL LOSE MONEY BECAUSE HE CAN NOT BE AT HIS BUSSINESS TO MAKE THE PIZZA'S **WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Should be renamed A Bigger A**Hole. The owner of this place is about as rude a person as you will ever runn across. Look, I am not from Chicago, but I have eaten at Gino's and Uno and Due, si I know what a Chicago pizza is. This Bisquick dough crap and the attitude that comes with it can take a hike.

Chicago called looking for its Village Idiot...... First of all I am from Chicago, and this place is a complete insult to pizza everywhere. The owner went on and on about how much better his pizza was than everybody else. He then went on to bash St. Louis style pizza saying we are a fly by town and nothing compared to CHICAGO. He then told me about his hot dog and how thick and juicy it was which kind of creep me out. The pizza tasted like day old Chef BoyOrDee with a sweaty sock after taste. This guy went on to bash St. Louis as a whole and then kept going on about how Chicago is better than our town. The owner said that Chicago style is superior to St. Louis in every way shape and form. The worst part of this was when I got the pizza it was in a box that said a taste of Italy "WTF" is this guy thinking. A suggestion for a new name to this place is a "A Better waste of Your fu*king Time" Al Capone would role over in his grave knowing someone from Chicago was feeding this crap to people. Not even Eliot Ness could stop travesty from happening.

Go Da Bears, Da Bulls, Ditka and Blackhawk............................................................. to hel*

Excellent Pizza. The pizza is great, I prefer the thick crust, but they are all excellent!

Best Pizza We Have Had. Every time we have ever called "A Better Pizza" we have received courteous and respectful response in taking our order. They have always given us the time frame we can expect our order. (And most times it has been earlier than said.) The first time we ordered they also brought a few appetizers for us to try. This was above and beyond anything we have had happen before with other delivery places. We do not expect things for free but it was a nice touch. We don't expect it every time. Their food is delicious, consistent good quality and have not had anything wrong with our food ever. We have recommended them to others who have also had very good food and service. Their salads are more than adequate and have never had wilted lettuce or dry vegetables in the salads. Their garlic bread is very delicious and just the right amount of garlic on them. The delivery persons are always very nice and respectful. I don't understand the negative reviews because I have not had any from there.

Avoid this place. The pizza there was marginal at best. It was all crust, very few toppings. The owner was a smarta## and not very friendly. If you like Chicago Style Pizza try Tri-City Pizza in St. Charles. Their Chicago Style actually tastes good and they put toppings on it, unlike A better Pizza where you pay more for a bunch of pizza dough and to get treated rudely. I will never order from a better pizza again.

Needs to be shut down. As you can read in the review below, she more than likely has never seen the true side of Craig. Even if it is misspelled, you still know of whom we are referring. I can receive better customer service from a doped up convenience store clerk than I can get from A Better Pizza. Craig, is so full of himself that he thinks of himself as a god. The product is horrble, the service is not much better. Furthermore, before you go and start slamming, other comments and their spelling, proof read your own

Best pizza in St. Louis area. First, I'd like to resond to the two bad reviews previously posted. If you're going to write a review at least get the owner's name right, his name is Craig, not Graig. I happen to know Craig very well and have been a customer for well over a year and have rarely had any problems. If there is a problem I have found they usually do their best to fix it as fast as possible(i.e. free appetiser or discount for next time). As for those who have had a bad experience, that is very unfortunate. You must keep in mind that it is a small family style buisness at this point that is trying to get off the ground. They don't have everything down pat yet but are working very hard to provide you with the best Chicago style pizza that you could possibly find in this area. Even the thin crust is better than the cracker pizza that is the St. Louis style. The thick crust is my personal favorite because it is similar to a handtossed. The deep dish and stuffed pizzas are simply divine! I can only eat one piece of these monsters! All the pizzas are more filling than you would think so you have to find how much you can actually eat. An extra large(16 inch) thick crust more than fills the bellies of my family of 5. They have 23 toppings so I'm sure you can find something you like. As Craig has always told me, to get quality you have to pay for it. These pizzas are of 5 star quality with a reasonable price. I would recomend these to any one and everyone! They also have lots of other good food such as appetisers, chicken wings, pastas, and sandwiches(including real Italian Beef sandwiches and Chicago hot dogs! You'll get hooked on the hot dogs if you've ever tried them). Give them a call, just give them some time because they don't use conveyor ovens like Pizza Hut, Domino's etc. They use stone ovens which give you a much higher quality pizza. Trust me. Check them out!
