Completely ignorant

I called to place a delivery order that I have done there a few times prior. The guy tells me after 10 minutes I am too far away to deliver to. After telling him I am a repeat customer he talks to a manager and tells him to say we are just too busy to take his order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They would even tell me it would take an hour or so they said they just wouldnt do it.
