Lowdown On The Rundown. This hotel is very rundown and in need of remodeling. The parking lot was extremely smelly as well as unsafe. I had to navigate construction material. The side entrance floor was very dirty and stayed that way until I complained to the Mgr. upon checkout. No sleep # bed. The sham in the room I was transferred from was dirty and stain ridden. The rugs in the halls were dirty, stain ridden, and rumpled. The carpet in our room was stained. Bugs visited us at night. The hotel as well as the elevators were smelly. The front desk tried to accommodate us, but they couldn't renovate the building. This hotel needs a Quality Rreview.
Nice clean hotel nice customer service. This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very big and you even have a couch that lets out into a bed. Some rooms have a balcony but mind didn't that sucked. Nice clean bathroom. Hated the parking garage and you have to pay $10 a day to park there but overall it a nice hotel will stay there again.
alright. this hotel was alright...it had good views, large over sized rooms that were suite sized, i stayed here my first visit to st. louis for $175 a night without tax and i must say it wasnt worth it..though it was nice it was rather run down though the reserant was great, parking garage was a maze and we spent close to an hour tring to figure out were the heck to park there were no signs or anything turns out they share it with some apartment people....and i recently stayed at the hyatt @union station in st. louis for only $10 more then the hyatt and it was amazing free tv and phone in the bathroom beautiful clean classy rooms i say go there instead, its a historic hotel but from the inside rooms it looks like brand new!
8. The sinks do work in the hotel, just a differnt more expensive style then I am used to. This hotel has great service, good food, and a just great family hotel. Pool is somewhat small, so if you want to swim, get there before everyone else does!
HOTEL. The rooms were spacious but the hotel is somewhat run down. No running water in the bathroom faucet. The rooms were clean and the people nice. I did not like the parking at the hotel. There was only one entrance to the hotel that we could find even though there were several levels of parking. The parking was like a maze. The owners need to put money back into the hotel. It is no longer a 4 star hotel.
