Great BBQ and Smoked Meats. Ive eaten at Bullys more then a few times, its atmosphere is not your typical BBQ Shack, its got class and has a very nice bar and seating areas, The treat here is the Giant Pork steak that can truly be eaten without a knife, the Smoked Chicken is delicous as are the Loaded Sweet Potatos, Ive always had freindly service and reasonable prices make Bullys a MUST GO BBQ place, Best in the Edwardsville area.

WOW -- great food. Bully's may be my favorite barbeque restaurant in the STL area. It is great. You have to try the potato chowder -- it will be a pleasant surprise. the chili is good too. the food is great, but I couldn't give 5 stars because I have had KC barbeque and Memphis BBQ, and That is the best. But, Bully's is a delicious meal, and I would recommend it to anyone.
