Finally a great pizza joint in St Louis!. After a long, arduous search for good pizza, my hubby and I found it at B & T Pizza. We first stumbled upon them at their booth at the Taste of St Louis and we loved it! The crust has a slight crunch followed by a nice chew, the sauce is just right, great flavor but not too much of it on there.

We were surprised at first when we went to the restaurant to find they only had cheese pizza out in view, but the interesting point to make is that you pick your toppings or choose from one of their combinations listed on the wall menu, (I had the Queens and the Brooklyn, both outstanding) and they put the toppings on the cheese pizza and cook it to order. It is genious, no waste and tastes fresh and yummy.

Hubby and I had two hearty slices (very generous in size) and split a small caesar which was good but could have used a bit more garlic in the dressing, otherwise a nice compliment to the pizza.

It is in a great trendy and up and coming area of St Louis, would be a great date night followed by a few frames of bowling a few doors down. No more cracker crust woes, some great New York style pizza awaits you, go check it out and spread the word!

Hands down the BEST pizza I've ever had!. My friends would all agree with 2 things. 1) I'm one of the pickiest people in the world. 2) B&T's has the best pizza PERIOD. It's New York style, it has the most amazing crust I've ever tasted, and the ingredients are extremely fresh. I just wish they stayed open later during the week for my midnight snack!

Don?t be a square get a great slice!. God bless St Louis for having their own style of pizza, but thank god for New York style! If you have been to New York and had a great slice of pizza then you long for it. Advertising New Style is one thing, but putting a good slice on your paper plate it is another thing and this place does that. They have happy hour prices on beer and it is cold, so give me pitcher of beer and two slices!
