Friendly stylists who know what they're doing + high quality services for an affordable price = one happy customer! I recommend Celeslie's to all of my friends.

very disappointed. I called in to Celeslie's and asked if they had an Curly hair expert. (not just anyone can cut curly hair) She said yes, I made appointment for that day. When I enterned I was took straight back with very little conversion. I told the stylist what I wanted, and I asked if she knew a new style I could try for Christmas. She replied not unless I went straight. She wet cut my hair and then said they had no curly products to put on my hair. (if you are a curly hair expert would you not have had products to put on curly hair.) I told her I was not going home, I was headed to the mall could she style it where I did not look like a poodle frizzed up. She got out the blow dryer with out a defuser! Really!!! Needless to say I went to the mall as a big frizz ball and when someone asked I said I went to Celeslie's and do not recommend it to any curly hair women. I really wanted a good salon close to my home but this is not it. :.( She did not even trim my bangs they are stil splitted!

Great salon & spa with services for the whole family!. I love this place and decided to take my 2 year old son here for his haircut. The stylist was so great with him! She was very patient and even let him squirt her with the water bottle. Previous haircuts at other places had been somewhat traumatic for him, and now he's talking about going back to get his haircut again! I'm sure the two suckers she gave him didn't hurt either. Now if I can just get my husband in there for a manly pedicure or even a couples massage... :-)

New Location and Best Salon Ever. The Salon has a new location than what is listed, of 170 Richardson Crossing. In the past 2 years that I have gone there, I have loved most of my experiences. When I first started going there, they gave me a tour of the place. It has the most wonderful modern atmosphere. The clientel are very friendly. I started with one hair stylist that I became friends with and liked the way she fixed my hair, but when she moved to a different salon, I realized how little she actually knew about color. I have since returned to Celeslie's and specifically asked for someone with a lot of experience with color. I wound up with Erin, a former beauty school teacher who seems to know everything there is to know about color. I gave her an idea of what cut I wanted (best to bring a pic) and asked her input as to if it would suit my features. She gave me exactly what I wanted and even successfully corrected the color massacre of the previous salon. I am so happy with my hair now. The spa side of things is good also. If you are looking for a true nail job, it is better to go to a nail salon, but this place will definitely do for a spruce up. Complimentary drinks are always a plus as well. I highly recommend this salon and will continue to go there.

Worst Hair Cut. I went to Celeslie’s for a trim…I told the stylist I liked my hair style…I just wanted my hair trimmed and shaped up a little…I got the WORST HAIR CUT EVER…my hair is so chopped I have to let it grow out before I can get it shaped up…I place some of the blame on the receptionist…when I made the appointment I asked for someone that was good at doing cuts. Apparently the receptionist was taking care of the stylist and not the customer….

BEAUTIFUL SALON. The first thought that you have when you walk in is 'this place is gorgeous!' The fireplace makes you feel right at home and after the owner took us on a tour of the spa you see just how clean everything is!! I got my haircut and colored there after the advice of a co-worker who has gone to Kristen for years and I was put with a new girl (NOT KRISTEN)..she was clearly nervous, but did a great job on my color..the cut was not exactly perfect, but I was not dissatisfied. I will be returning absolutely-just going to wait for Kristen next time!!!

Wonderful. Wonderful place to go for hair, skin treatments, massages, waxing, etc. I think they do a great job and are very friendly. The employees are knowledgeable and make sure you get what you want. Highly recommended!!!

Friendly atmosphere, great stylists. I'm not sure why the previous poster felt this way, but I've been to Celeslies on 2 different occasions and both times were great! The first time I went to get a perm and the stylist made sure I got the exact perm for my hair style.

The second time, I needed an up-do for a company holiday party. I had no picture, not really sure what I wanted and the sylist came up with something that was perfect! They also offer you snacks and drinks while you are there. I loved it and always go to them when I need something more than just a haircut.

Snobbish. All I did was walk in this place with a friend of mine and I could just feel the tension. It appeared as though all the stylists stopped to look at us ( down their noses, by the way ) and we felt very uncomfortable. My friend felt this way also, so it wasn't just me. We asked if walk-ins were welcome, and if we could possibly be accommodated and the lady who addressed us really gave us the " once over " and reluctantly told us it would be a " considerable " wait time. Needless to say my friend and I left never to return. Maybe others have better luck with this place, I'd be interested to know about other people's experiences there.
