Waiting to eat. After getting the appetizer on time (bread and bloomin onion) we sat and waited 45 minutes for our steaks (ordered medium} when inquiring told "our ticket got lost". Waited an additional 15 minutes and were brought two steaks, burnt on the outside, and raw inside. Cheese fries that looked unappetizing at best, and 3 small shrimp that was ordered with my girlfriends steak ,that bent like rubberbands.

The manager , Devon, assured a free dinner within the week, My girlfriend will go back tommorrow, as I have to go out of town, and this was our final meal together for a month. I hope she has good service this time.

This is what happened after my fiance went back the next day .

Devon the manager, not only let my fiance order the replacement meal, carry out, he also included a new bloomin onion platter, a salad, and 2 11oz steaks, and a large shrimp platter,along with cheese fries covered in bacon! All in a nice carry bag.

Devon, I commend you! Yoy have made this more than right!

We will be back to visit, these folks AIM TO PLEASE!

Therefore I raise my rating up to a 5 star.

Excellent. Outback is a great restaurant for a family or a couple. There is great food and a fun atmosphere.

It can be crowded but if you don't mind the wait you'll love it!
