These guys are the best! I have a cleaning business and have been dealing with Ballwin Vacuum for 13 years! very trustworthy and they speak the truth!

Horrible work, worse customer service. My dog chewed the cord off of my steam cleaner and I took it to Ballwin Vacuum Center to have them repair it. Previously I had found a company in Fenton that would do the work for $45. Since BVC was closer to my home, I gave them a call. They said they would also do it for $45. So I went with them. Over two weeks later, they finally called and said that it was ready....and that it was going to be $66 and not $45!!! When I went to pick it up, I expressed my concern that I wished they had called me to approve the work, because I had another company that was willing to do it for much cheaper. The person working told me, and I quote, "Well, I guess you know where to take it next time". Yes I do, yes I do. Stay away. Horrible work, horrible service, and team members who do not care about their profession or their customers.
