Valentine's Day MASSACRE(d)!. We waited 10 minutes before being ACKNOWLEDGED when we arrived promptly for our reservation. Others waiting got fed up and left! We brought our own champagne ($10 corking fee) and asked for champagne glasses, water and Thai iced tea. We got tea, red wine glasses and no water. The kicker was the HOUR wait before getting our food. People who came in after us ate before us. I had to ask twice for chili sauce, they brought one pair of chopsticks when asked for two, and the food was decent but inconsistently heated. We asked for the manager; the server said that she was in Thailand. We asked who was in charge; she said, "No one." It was obvious. They took 20% off upon complaining, but even a free meal wouldnt bring us back. My favorite food is Thai, and I WOULD NOT recommend this restaurant, even on a non-holiday.
