Laura: Superb service in the lady's wear department. I was shopping with my 101 year-old mother-in-law last Tuesday . The store is so large that I convinced Mom to ride in a wheelchair from one area to another. Laura in the Ladies casual wear, tops, etc. was so patient in helping her find the right size. I know Laura made two trips back to another area of the store for a larger size. We were successful and Mom feels like a Queen and is ready for a big weekend celebration coming up in October! Thank you, Laura!
