The phone book has them listed multiple times too. I don't know why it is like this but if you call that # you get Chesterfield Taxi & Car Service. See my review there.
Pros: big clean cars-probably nicest in STL, punctual, great value
Cons: often need an advance reservation, sometimes have to hold a while on phone
