Fashionably Excellent. I love ju ju bee's, everytime I go there i always go to tina,for my hair.The people there are nice and answer all your question's. This is just my oponion.Hope you try ju ju bee's! Im not their mom or best friend, just a customer.

picky consumer. I am the most picky person, but this is the only salon I have always left happy from. I have had my hair done may aces and they are by far the best! My cut and color is perfect every time! I always get what I pay for and the little store in from has great items, they may be to pricey for some but they always have a few less expensive items. Worth checking out.

Great boutique. I love the boutique at ju ju b's. Their style and brands of clothes is awesome. Best of all, the price point is not expensive for boutique quality. Also, their service is great! I like a particular brand that they carry and whenever they get a delivery, they call me. I feel like I have personal shopper for free and they really care about me as a customer!

Best Service Ever. I have been a client of Ju Ju Bs for 2 years now and have services provided weekly. I was have had nothing but superior customer service. I know they have a lot of customers but every employee knows my name and treats me with respect. I love the staff and the environment-it is bright, cheerful, clean and fun.

One day it was raining and they even walked me out to my car with an unbrella so it did not mess up my hair that I just had done. They care about their customers and it shows with every visit I have. Thanks, Ju Ju B's!!!!

Snobby, stuck up women.. I haven't had a ton of professional massages, but I have come into a lot of contact with customer service, and this was some of the worst. There was a huge debate over the gift cards I got for my friend, and only got worse. I was told the gift cards would be honored past the expiration date since they could not get us in for an appointment, but that was later retracted. I was very frustrated and fed up with this "spa" by the time we actually got in to get our massages. The women working at the service desk when you come in look down their noses at you when you walk through the door. Apparently they're extremely proud and stuck up about their precious "boutique", which is nothing more than a few racks in the front of the salon holding overly priced normal drab. A t shirt that I could have made was more than $120. This was not even the reason I was there- the massage was the point- but the women treated me and my best friend terribly. Snooty, stuck up, and horrible. Then, I only got a 45 minute massage but still had to pay for the hour because they claimed we were late- we arrived 2 minutes after the hour. I love getting massages, but will never go here again.
