No satisfaction for loyal customer.. I have been a client at The Face and Body Day Spa in Chesterfield since 1999. Since 1999, I have used the same service providers for hair, skin, and nail services. A few years ago, my hair service provider transferred to the Brentwood location. I absolutely love this person, so I chose to continue services with her at the Brentwood location. All other services, I prefer to remain with my service providers at the Chesterfield location. I am a club member and found out today that points earned at Brentwood are not transferrable to the Chesterfield location and vice versa. In the past I have had no problems transferring points as these points equal cash. I also learned that I have to pay separate club memberships to both locations. I thought maybe there were different owners for both locations now and infact it is the same owner. So in a nutshell, I am being penalized for being a loyal customer, a loyal client to my service providers, and feel like I am being robbed. I guess the owner has forgotten that his business would not exist without the customer, especially the loyal customers. Services provided at a spa are considered a luxury in this economy and charging twice for dual membership is stealing. I will no longer patronize The Face and Body.

Poor Customer Service. I was extremely irritated with a recent experience regarding a my purchase of recommend face wash after my facial. I was told that if I was not satisfied with the face wash, I could return it. Indeed, after the first use, my face became extremely dry and flaky.

I bought the face wash at the Chesterfield location (and had a facial at that location) at the time due scheduling other engagements in that area. However, I live and work 20 miles from this location and the Brentwood location is much closer.

So, I tried to return the product with its receipt within 30 days of purchase and was not allowed to do so. In fact, I wanted to exchange the product for another product and the Brentwood employee called the Chesterfield employee on Sunday June 5, 2011 to help facilitate a return/exchange. I personally spoke to the Chesterfield employee as well. I was not allowed to return the product unless I did so at the Chesterfield location.

This detail is not stipulated in the receipt or by the person who sold me the product at the Chesterfield location on May 18, 2011. I wasted my time going to the Brentwood location and am still stuck with a product that is awful for my face. This is immensely irritating, a waste of my time and effort and extremely poor customer service with unprofessional lack of disclosure.

A Chesterfield manager was not in town on June 5, 2011 and I was told that Ann would be back on Tuesday.

Best place for massages. I have had massages at spas around the world and no one can beat Nancy at the Face and the Body! She takes the time to determine what your needs are each and every time you visit with her.

Great for a pedicure!. This was my first time to get a spa pedicure, and the service was excellent. I was offered a beverage (soda, juice, coffee, tea) and the pedicurist was very polite. She was careful to be gentle and make sure the water was not too hot. I would go back for this service again, but only every once in a while as it was quite expensive ($45). I would be curious to try a massage or facial the next time I go.

Terrible Customer Service, Don't Waste Your Time!. The management of The Face and Body Spa is the worst! They were rude, unconcerned and unappreciative of my business. The massage therapist wore gloves during my massage, which I felt was rude. I would not waste my time or money in this establishment. Go someplace where you will be treated like royalty!!!
