Knowledgeable, friendly, honest.. If you want hype, pressure, or superficiality then this is not a store for you. If you might enjoy a clean, elegant setting operated by a genuinely sincere family, then Novak Jewelers would be the place for you. It was evident the first time we walked into their store a few years ago that beyond selling their products, Karen and Greg desire long-term relationships. They care to please in the moment and over time; they are friendly people with a clear commitment to being the type of merchant from whom anyone can enjoy making a purchase.

The BEST. Beautiful selection of unusual pieces as well as high quality items for everyday wear. Artisitic ability to design new settings for antique pieces. Honest, high quality service with a professional and helpful attitude.

Wonderful to deal with!. The owners are always there and always glad to see you. They do excellent work and have beautiful items displayed attractively. If you think that everything in west county is overpriced... you haven't been to Novaks!
