AMAZING DOCTOR&STAFF. I was in need of a great Doctor.Someone recommended Dr.Kennington. Often times I get very uncomfortable when first meeting Doctors. Many are aloof and spend less than 5min w/you. The first time I met Dr. kennington the feelings of anxiety lifted,because he is so friendly,approachable,nice,caring&most important GENUINE. His bedside manner is excellent. He spent a lot of time w/me talking about my problem&was very professional. He was full of knowledge pertaining to this certain situation. He was able to help me tremendously.He gave me great advice,I'm just so grateful that I found him.Dr. kennington unfortunately is a dying breed of the Doctors who really understand&care.I don't have Ins& was very worried about the bill,honestly this was the first time that any Doctor&staff put this into consideration.They were very fair to say the least.The staff is amazing&welcoming.Very friendly&helpful.I'm just very grateful to have Dr.Kennington as my Doctor…

I found Dr. Kennington by process of picking a Doctor closest to my home. I had never heard of him. Thank God I picked him because He is a very nice man. I had just moved back to the US and had been
gone for over 7 years.I needed a Primary Care Physician FAST!!! I had no insurance and he worked with me. He was very caring, asked creditable questions, and is very professional. He was able to help me with my problems. I would refer him to anyone, actually I recently just recommended one of my family members to him. His staff is as nice as can be and the wait time is good. Waiting 15 -20 minutes is very worth it to me.
If I need to see him, the staff does an amazing time by getting me in w/in a week or less. I would like to say Thank you to Dr. kennington and his Staff.…

I Like Dr. Kevin Smith. He's kind and thorough.
Unfortunately, in order to see him, you have to go through his frontline staff, who are cold and rude.
I wait at least 45 minutes each time I go.
Once, Dr. Smith was unable to come into the office. Rather than call and give me a heads up, nobody told me - not ever after I arrived! It wasn't until I overheard one of the receptionists takling about it that I asked and they confirmed and said I'd have to see Dr. Kennington (who was hurried and dismissive of my concerns.)
On top of the day-to-day rudeness, this seemed especially disrespectful.…
Dr. Smith is the NICEST doctor. Dr. Smith really takes time with you and he cares about you and your feelings! He is wonderful, doesn't just rush through his appointments - of course, this means that sometimes he is late.... but he will spend a lot of time with you when it is your turn!…
PRACTICE IS ALWAYS RUNNING 45 MINUTES LATE.
I have seen Dr. Smith for a couple of years and he is a very nice and competent doctor. However, they are ALWAYS 40-60 minutes late.
Today, when I checked in, I asked if the doctor was on time, they answered yes that there is just 1 patient ahead of me. 45 minutes later I asked, they said just one patient ahead of me.
Its just like the Chinese Restaurant episode on Seinfeld.
I am leaving the practice. This was not an isolated incident. They are always running late.…
