Their staff was very nice during the purchase and fittings of bridesmaid dresses and tuxes. However, right before the wedding, the bride was going to practice walking in her dress. She kept stepping and getting tangled almost to the point that she was going to fall. The maid of honor's dress ripped down the back by the zipper. Both had been altered by the Bridal Garden. A guest at the wedding had to be called to do what she could to get both dresses repaired enough for each girl to walk down the aisle. That is when we discovered a tear in the netting approximately 7 inches long in the bride's dress. While taking additional pictures after the service, the maid of honor's dress ripped out completely. She wasn't even able to wear it to the reception. When she took it back to the Bridal Garden and requested a refund, they we very rude and refused to refund any of her money. This included the $30 they charged to alter the dress prior to the ceremony. They charged $70 to alter the bride's dress. I would not recommend them for anything. We also had a issue with one of the tuxes. The pants were several sizes too small. When replacement pants were sent, they were the wrong ones. The correct pants arrive a few hours before the wedding. All of this added SO much stress to the wedding.... Angie (Mother of the Bride)

I went to the bridal garden for my wedding dress because my aunt got hers there and said they where amazing ! well when I went to look for my dress there was something crawing on some of the dresses but that was not a big deal . Then i bought the dress and had to go back three times to get my dress fixed and they still didnt do it right and tried to blame it on me that if i didnt have to have it that way .. hello thats the way it has to be to look right . duh .. so i am a week away from my wedding and still dont have my dress right ! and they are not very helpful at all they make it seem like they are the ones that are doing nothing wrong.They lady at the front seemed to think that it was my fault they didnt do it right . Then told me maybe i shouldnt have gone there to get my dress.

Cons: Didnt have my dress till one week before wedding and still wasnt right
