Don't expect same day delivery!. I needed flowers to be sent same day for a funeral and made sure that their site offered it. So I placed the order early that morning and assumed that the flowers had been delivered. However 2 days later a very nice woman called and explained that she just received the order and that she was sorry. I know that it wasn't her fault but they shouldn't offer same day delivery if they can not follow through on it. I was dissappointed.
