Outstanding.
I bought a folding tannue cover that began to separate due to a manufacturing flaw. Thinking it was past warranty, I went in to see if they could suggest a repair option.
They took photos, submitted them to the manufacturer and ended up replacing the whole unit.
While I was ready to settle for a quick fix, they gave me a real solution!
*tip of the hat*
thank you

Eureka Kampers Refused to Acknowledge that they damaged our vehicle.
We had Eureka Kampers put on a camper shell.
We were very surprised when we picked up our vehicle to see that the faceplate of our gearshift had been scratched. Not only scratched, the scratch was painted with touch-up paint to make it look like a minor smudge. (A new faceplate cost us a little over $100).
We also found numerous shards of glass on the floor, behind the seats, and under the floormats.
How did the faceplate get damaged? Eureka Kampers said that we must have done it before we brought the vehicle in. How did the shards of glass get spread around? Eureka Kampers said that we must have done it before we brought the vehicle in. I do not like being treated like a fool.
