Satisfied!. I was in at Port Salon and Day Spa on Monday with Jenny. I got highlights and a hair cut, she was awesome and my hair turned out great! I def. recommend this salon

WOW What a WASTE of money & time. My daughter and I get a massage every 6-8 weeks so for my birthday my loving clueless husband bought a gift certificate from Port Salon...had the receipt & everything, for the price that he paid for me to get a massage both my daughter AND I could have gotten one somewhere else so I tried to get my husband's money back...instead the only thing I could do is waste the certificate or pay more for my daughter to come. That was the WASTE of money...the 3 of us could have gotten a massage for that price. Then there was the waste of time...only got 25 minute light rub down...no massage what-so-ever...I could have done that to myself. I don't think they were certified massage therapist just fill ins. VERY disappointed.

Psycho/ Far from the truth. So far from the truth! I also was in the salon, as a client getting a full day package. This person caught my attention because of the foul language she used and the constent degrading in which she continued to complain about her own mother, being psycho. Well, the apple doesnt fall far from the tree!!

My stylist apologized repeatedly for the continued rudeness of this customer. The owner discounted my services to compinsate for the rudeness of this person disrupting the salon. Which was not necessary but was appreciated!!!!

I also witnessed her popping pills and over heard her telling her stylist that she was on all kinds of anti-anxiety drugs due to her "psycho mother".

For someone to get on the internet and slander someones business when they arent even coherent because they are under the influence of drugs, maybe whoever reads this should consider...... there are always two sides to every story! I had a wonderful experience and.... Good Luck De Ja Vu!

My daughter looked beautiful! Thank you!. My daughter has always had her updos done at the Port for all the dances including prom. We have never had a problem. She looked beautiful. She's already decided that the Port is the place she will get her hair done for her wedding. Thanks again for making her day.

I find Port Salon and Day Spa to be very friendly!. I find everyone at Port Salon and Day Spa to be very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to everyone that I know!!

BRIDES BEWARE. DO NOT GO HERE! I recently got married on the 24th. I had spent 50 the first time on a trial bridal hairdo that started falling out before i made it home. while she was doing my hair she told me she specialized in color. So i trusted her to put blonde highlights in my hair. I went had my nails and toe nails done and partcial blonde highlights costing around $180 the day before my wedding. It takes my hair a long time to dry so after i left it was several hours later when my fiance asked me "i thought you were having blonde highlights put in your hair". You couldnt see the differnce what so ever. I called and talked to the owner she offered me a 10% discount but wanted me to pay to have my hair done for my wedding. At this point I didn't trust them to touch anything but my nails (which i could have gotten done cheaper and prettier at any nail salon). I went to a high dolar place because i figured you get what you pay for but not at this salon. The owner was rude and doesn't care about her customers and everything their website says about customer satisfaction is a lie. I will never go there again they do not care and are only out for your money! I feel like they own me $200 and did nothing to fix the situation and still wanted more money and wanted me to have my hair done there for my wedding while being rude. Very bad business.

I ended up walking into dejavu salon crying with only a few hours till my wedding and they took great care of me and made me look like a princess.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SALON THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOU!

Great time. I have been to Port salon and Day Spa multiple times for different services! I have enjoyed my experiences there so much that I plan on going back! Jayne did my hair and did a wonderful job! I also find it to be a very clean and friendly environment!

Great customer service. My first pedicure ever and it was great. A very clean and friendly place. Can't wait for my next one.
