Horrible!!! Plumber had to come back multiple times and when he was done he did not even replace the tile. He put a VERY ugly non centered miss colored plastic piece. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Very good. The plumber was on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up well. He is knowledgeable and hardworking and I think the valve flows from that.
