Don't ever go to this money hungry salon

I went there in lieu of my regular stylists who was ill. My daughter just needed a wash and basic flat iron. When I called, I asked for a "seasoned stylist" who knew about healthy hair. My daughter goes to the beauty salon every week and her hair was extremely healthy and shoulder length. When she went back to our regular stylists she showed me parts of her hair that were obviously burnt out from the stylist the week before. My daughter then told me "mama she curled every piece of my hair at least 6-7 times. I am furious needless to say. Now we have to start over to get her hair back to a healthy status. Never again. Get more training for your staff and give the customers what they ask for because the girl was new and I knew it because she worked another shop I am familiar with. Stop chasing money and give good service.

No pinups?

I come to this place on a regular. My style is simple. But when one day I ask to have my hair pinned up no sprits. And the lady felt like I asked her a algebra question. She pulled my hair back in a wanna be hawk and legy it like that. I paid 30 bucks only because I got a relaxer. After I left I went straight to the beauty store and got some bonny pins. Did my hair in the bathroom. No sprits. Its Been done before at other salons. I felt bad for the lady. No pun up with out sprits? Its easier than doing it with! Ya know?

Mediocre at best

What made me anxious to try this salon is the prices.The prices are well below the competitors so I had to see what they had to offer. I went during their happy hour special. When I was escorted to the spa area the staff was friendly but drab decor and lack of ambiance wasnt very welcoming.The Happy hour provided an unimpressive spread of salami,crackers,hand torn cheese slices, and cheap wine.

When it was time for my Spa services there was no locker room.There was a simple outdated bathroom.The robes were dingy and the house shoes were the fabric kind that curl up after being washed too many times.

My message was sub-par but I enjoyed my facial. My overall experience wasnt really a pleasant one. The staff was friendly but I didnt like the facility or the amenities (or lack there of) at all. What good is a spa day if you you dont leave refreshed,relaxed,and rejuvenated?
