Tips for Lone Star Steakhouse

lone star. went to dinner here a couple weeks ago, Waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated at one of 6 empty booths and 4 empty tables! While waiting, a group of 6 came into the restaurant and were told that it would take approx 30 minutes to be seated. Again, there were those EMPTY tables and three of them were for a group of six! I watched as potential customers turned and went elsewhere. The hostess group needs customer training. They appeared to be having too much fun while customers waited and eventually walked to out to Longhorn and other restaurants! Not impressed by the lack of management!
