I asked for something specific which the person on the phone said she could do but the arrangement was totally different from what I'd ordered. I called to complain. The person who answered said the person taking the order must not have understood what I wanted. I was giving that person the benefit of the doubt by acknowledging that it had been busy during the phone call with children and customers and we had been interrupted 4 times. (Which I was totally understanding and pleasant about at the time). When she shouted, "WE ARE A FAMILY BUSINESS. THOSE ARE MY GRANDCHILDREN. DON'T EVER CALL AGAIN!" Hey, I would have given them another chance and tried them again but now they've lost both mine and my parents business which would have been a couple hundred dollars every year. There is NO excuse for treating customers this way!
