Disappointed. Things started out good. However, the longer I delt with the seamstress the more unhappy I felt. When I went to pick up my dress finally I was anxious to ask her to try it on one last time (which I didn't.) I ended up ripping out the straps that she had placed oddly, myself.

I had about 4-5 fittings. They charged me a flat $200. I almost would have like to have paid more to not be treated like she was annoyed with me. Regardless of how many requests I had to alter the dress I feel like the seamstress should have always kept and upbeat attitude. I'm ok with joking around, but she was just straight nasty at times, and seemed too busy. I went there on recommendation, and it was about 40 min away from my house. I regret that decision.

One fitting she said she was having a bad reaction to medication. She seemed really off/ high even. That's kind of scary when you're expecting someone to remember what you need done to your dress.

The other staff (besides the seamstress/ main lady) were all very nice.

poor service. So apparently you have to return your stuff the day after the wedding or they will charge you $25.00. But no one will tell you this until it happens. They didn't even tell us when the stuff was due back. poor service. getting married soon and i definitely won't go here for anything.
