You're Crazy Lady!. The picture above is just a few items Michelle had put together. They are amazingly beautiful, and i recommend Four Seasons Florist to everyone. If you go in there with a small idea, she turns it into amazing art. I know severly people that have gotten their wedding flowers from here, and all they did was tell her the wedding colors and she went and made these beautiful bouquets and if they're not full enough she will put more flowers or wiring or something in them to make them even more beautiful.

Dont let one negative review change your mind about this place. It has been around for at least 10 years or more. And everyone loves Michelle's work .

And for the lady that had a bad experience, before you go and say anything about anybodys mothers, maybe you should meet them first. Because Michelle's mother is one of the nicest and and friendliest people you would ever meet. To bad for you....

unique artistic floral arrangements. four seasons florist has been in downtown wash mo for years. michelle offers wonderful individual service and unique artistic floral arrangements. do yourself a favor... visit her colorful shop and all the shops in downtown washington. my wife and I highly recommend four seasons florist.

Best Florist in town. The pervious review is obviously bogus! Where are you from? Four Seasons has been in business for many years. They are the only florist I use. Your claiming the owner yelled at your Mom, how many screws do you have loose in that head???? Four Seasons would not be the sucess it is today if the owner were to talk to customers as you claim she did. I would recommend this florist to everyone I know. Hands down they do the best job and have the best prices in town. Keep up the great work!!!

Deliveries do NOT meet deadlines, zero customer service skills, awful owner... Dreadful experience - the OWNER of this "business", Michelle, lied to myself (I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day), my mother, and F.T.D. several times to cover her own mistake of not being able to handle the Mother's Day rush and delivery deadline. She claimed to have attempted delivery twice and to have left several voicemails, non of which were true. Finally, my mother got a hold of her and was told delivery could be made the next day, TWO days after Mother's Day. So, naturally, my mom wondered if the flowers would be fresh and Michelle, the owner, told her "I'm not going to deliver them now because you (my mother) don't deserve them and whoever ordered them should have done so earlier".

This business is not listed on the B. Business Bureau's site, which means they are less than 12 months old. It shows. This is not a business you want to deal with. And the floral business is no business for Michelle. I feel sorry for HER mother.
