Regarding Poor Service/Review by Speakthetruth888. I am the general manager of Vincent's Jewelers, I pride myself in the service we provide and the professionalism. I usually personally handle all items that have diamonds in them, as I am the main buyer for the store. speakthetruth888 came in on my day off. But I am not hiding behiind this fact. I will address the "rudness" with the employee, if true, it is unacceptable. As far as numbers, regretfully an appraisal means nothing, I can show you appriasals on homes done 2+ years ago, that the home can't sell for 1/2 the amount today. Jewery is no different. I have attempted to contact her directly, and will address the details with her first. If I don't hear from her, I will post the details here.

I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL: She brought in a 3 Marquise diamond ring set in 14k yellow gold that was I1 or lower in clarity. The other items she mentioned were gold filled items. We don't buy gold filled items. A 3 marquise diamond band is not in high demand nor are low quliaty marquise diamonds. The price offered reflects this. This was explained in detail, but she simply did not like the current environment for her type of jewelry.

Poor Service, Poor Treatment and Poor Results. If you would like to give your jewelry away for pennies on the dollar, then this is the place for you!!

These guys are extra rude with little to no communication on the jewelry they are appraising. I gave them a very nice ring with an appraisal of $5500 (paperwork in hand) and was given a buy value of $715!!! Outrageous!!! The other items I brought in were treated in the same manner! What a joke!! Stay away!!
