E3readers-defective. Do not buy the E3readers. The finish on the glasses doesn't last. They will not replace the glasses either. I bought 5 pair of glasses because I liked the design and thought they were of good quality. I was very dissapointed that they did not replace the glasses. I did not even have them a year and the finish came off of two pair's. No one wants to wear a pair of glasses with the finish coming off - this looks tacky. Anyway, you would think their business would stand behind their product and want to set an example of quality eyewear.
Terrible service, terrible selection. The girl at the front desk as no people skills. First of all, when calling on the phone, her answers to everything is "Yeah, Uh hah" and rude. The selection is very limited and they try to turn you on right away to the most expensive glass. When I tried to look around at others, they attempted to keep taking me back to the expensive ones and continually brought the pricey ones to me. I had a coupon and ended up spending an arm and leg. Very pricey! The doctor didnt seem to have much experience or any personality. When I returned to pick up my glasses, the front desk girl was not helpful at all and didnt seem to want to make sure my glasses fit right. I was talked into these glasses and now I wish I wouldnt have bought them there. Just a bad experience all over. I will be going back to Clarkson Eye Care or The Eye Bar.
