Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
A Little Underwhelmed....... I stayed in this hotel on business for one night before I checked out. Upon arriving, there was no one to greet me at the door, which would have been nice since I was lugging 2 suitcases by myself. On the lus side, the staff downstairs was very friendly and got to me room quickly. Once I got out of the elevators on the 2nd floor. The whole floor smelled like smoke and cigars. Kind of gross. All that aside, the room was decent. However, I coulc not find the basic thing that should have been obvious to find, liek outlets....and information on where to work out etc. After a long trip, it was a little frustrating. Definitely not my cup of tea. Would not recommend to anyone I know.
This luxury hotel offers upscale amenities including free in-room workout equipment and gourmet dining..
In Short
Founded in 1958 as a 32-room motor in Hampton, N.H., this upscale hotel chain had modest beginnings. Today, Omni Hotel offers luxury amenities in downtown locations for business travelers and vacationing families. Guests can request the free Get Fit package: a kit with weights, stretch cords, portable radio and bottled water. Other amenities include free in-room Wi-Fi and high-speed Internet access, a business center, exercise facilities and guest robes. Gourmet room service is also available.
Stay during the week!!. I live in St. Louis and went to the Omni Majestic to getaway. The price was so cheap compared to other cities and the hotel is so beautiful. It is a historical building with rich wood scattered throughout. The rooms are decorated luxuriously and I cannot say enough for their beds. I do not rest better when I am anywhere else (even home). It is quiet, in close proximity to everything and the service staff are EXCEPTIONAL. You must go...even if you live in St. Louis!
Absolutely Wonderful. I love staying at old classic hotels. The Majestic is everything that you would expect from a classy historic hotel. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are decorated beautifully. The beds are extremely comfortable.
A wonderful weekend.... My husband and I stayed at the Majestic over the 4th of July weekend. What a choice! The entire staff was wonderful and the location was perfect. Far enough from the crowds to be quiet, but close enough to the action and the fair. My husband is a freqent guest there for meetings, but this just became our number one hideaway! Highly reccommended!!
