Bad Phone Service. I would like to first say I have never been to the salon. The reason I never made it in the door is because the woman on the phone was completely unhelpful and rude. I was simply asking the price for a wash and blow dry and all she could tell me was "It depends." I then told her I had medium length straight hair. She then told me is depended on the stylist and how she judged my hair. Not willing to commit to a 20 minute question and answer sesson just to get a approximate quote I went elsewhere.

Best Downtown Salon. I read the previous review from St. Louis Visitor and I am apolled that she didn't tell the truth. Businesses in downtown St. Louis have a tough time and it so happened I am familiar with the situation she describes because it affected my business too. Their was a water main break in the street that is located in front of the salon and the City turned the water off. The salon could not -- provide the services -- not could restaurants in the area provide services either. I've gone to this salon for at least ten years and it is by far one of the most professionally run salons I've ever been to. I travel all across the country and I'm very particular about all businesses I frequent. As a small business owner, there are times when things are outside our control. If you are looking for a first-class establishment -- Executive Salon is the answer. It's where you'll find the majority of St. Louis top executives -- male and female.

Lousy hair salon. The place was dirty for starters.

I was charged $70 for a shampoo and style that wasn't all that good.

Then THEY canceled my pre wedding up do style the day before because they said their building going through a repair. I traveled from out of town to St. Louis and scheduled months in advance only for them to let me know when I got there that my next appointment was canceled.

I had to find a place in less than 24 hours.
