My favorite spot for fine dining. My husband and I were escorted to a quiet little table for two. There was a beautiful baby grand piano being played while we enjoyed our salmon and elk with butternut squash ravioli, and after a trio of creme' brulee' --beautiful!! The presentation was wonderful and the wine selection decent. We were ,however, able to order an ice wine for dessert!

A great meal in a strange city!. My girlfriend and I stayed overnight in St. Louis, it was our first time going there, by the arch and decided to go over to Fausts for a splurge meal. It turned out to be a great decision. The food was excellently prepared, I had the new zealand elk, it was so tender. We went on a Saturday at 7:00 and it was very quiet.

Elegant!. We had Valentine's Day dinner here and it was outstanding. The service, food and atmosphere were excellent. I highly recommend Faust's for a dress dining experience.

Excellent Experiances. One of my favorites. Best Service I've had in St. Louis. Great Atmosphere. Four visits and always perfect. Excellant Desserts.
