Wonderful Service.. My family and I stayed there on May14th thru May 17th. We had the best time there. The staff was very friendly. Always saying good-morning or hello. If you would like to stay at hotel, please try this one. Not only is it real close to the Gateway Arch, but walking distance to almost everything, going to see the St. Louis Cardnials play or the St. Louis Rams. The best barbeque was on the Mississippi River on a riverboat, across the street from the Gateway Arch. You have got to try it.

For business or pleasure, the luxurious Adam's Mark Hotel in downtown St. Louis is one of the top places to stay.. High Horse
Walking into the spacious three-story atrium lobby, guests realize this is no ordinary hotel when they see the 9-foot-tall bronze horses created by Venetian artist Ludovico De Luigi. After a game of racquetball or a workout in the weight room, relax in the sauna or swim in the indoor or outdoor heated pool. Follow with afternoon tea in the sunlit lobby.

Location
In the shadow of the Gateway Arch, the Adam's Mark is within walking distance of major downtown attractions such as Laclede's Landing, Busch Stadium, the Kiel Center and Union Station. For dining, guests have a choice of award-winning gourmet cuisine at Faust's, casual contemporary at Chestnut's or sports-bar fare in Players. For after-hours entertainment, guests can choose between AJ's, one of the area's hottest nightclubs, or Pierre's for soft jazz.

Worst hotel ever!. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in as far as service is concerned. My reservations were messed up, it took two days to get a rollaway bed and an additional eight hours to get someone to bring the blankets to the room for the bed. The staff had a "couldn't care less" attitude and should all attend classes on proper customer service. I will definitely never stay at an Adam's Mark property again!
