Anatol's is wonderful! Every staff member I worked with was knowledgeable, helpful and delightful. Their fabric selection is outstanding, and I went to several places looking for upholstery fabric. The website was easy to navigate and the pictures I printed were extremely close to the real colors. When I finally decided they'd just sold the last of my choice but quickly ordered what I needed. Anatol's is my first choice from now on.

Dont order from them online!!!!!. Do not order from them. Colors are misrepresented.....Fabric type is incorrectly displayed. They do not accept any returns or exchanges eventhough their website does not make this clear. They just happen to make sure you know that after you call and complain. Rude customer service, impossible to get a hold of on the phone......I really dont know what else to say except you are taking a risk ordering online from them.

Shippping Problem needs to be corrected by them. I have a business in Hong Kong and I tested them 2 times on shipments here. The first 2 came just as they should. I felt they have a great website and prices were good for my needs here..... but.

The third and fourth shipment - for production of chairs - was sent by Fed Ex linking up to a local postal service. This service is described for BULK mail and catalogs. Meaning no tracking or signing at the other end.

Well, 3 weeks late and I am now out the fabric and late on my customers order and the company just says WAIT. I cannot - I have deadlines and travel problems now in the way - and they stopped communicating and will not reship the order in a proper way or credit me - no answer is their answer. They tried to save a buck on shipping and it was the wrong decision.

Fed Ex Hong Kong is surprised this service is still being offered - they thought it was discontinued. So of course, it's not their problem either.

terrible service. Worst business I have ever ordered from. I was charged for my order and they never sent it. I have had to call four times so far because it is a month and a half late. I finally just canceled my order but they haven'r refunded my money yet so I'm going to have to call again. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized and frustrating.

Excellent choices for all types of fabrics since b-4 1962. I am a second generation shopper at this great Fabric store." Anatol's couldn't have stayed in business this long" (quote from my Mom) if it were not for satisfied, loyal customers and next generation children.

My Mom started shopping at Anatol's Washington Ave location circa 1962.She is alive today. I started shopping at Anatol's after college.
