I lived in a Philip H. Barron apartment for nearly two years. The introduction and appearance was up to par and there were few maintenance issues early on. However, as time passed, small appliance issues started to arise to which they refused to repair. This company also rented units to the sort of people who get drunk, come home ranting and raving at 3am and toss their air conditioning unit out a three story window. On top of all this, when I wished to leave, I was forced to find a replacement tenant in order to get my deposit back. I found not one, not two, but THREE new tenants and they stole them from me, exploited my labor and then withheld my deposit - and I left that place spotless and clean, not even a toothpaste filled hole in the wall. I highly dissuade any renter from choosing to work with Philip H. Barron.

This realty company has many properties and was very helpful in my search for the right apartment and ammenities.
