Awesome food.
On a brief visit to St. Louis, I ate dinner here with a friend. The mushroom fondue was excellent along with everything else. The place has a comfortable casual atmosphere with dim lighting. I highly recommend the bread pudding for dessert. Waitstaff was helpful and answered all of our questions. We ordered quite a bit of food and were shocked at the price of the bill because it was only $60! A comparable meal in Chicago would have been at least $150. If I'm ever in St. Louis again, I will return to Remy's.

A great place for late Saturday night.
We have been going to Remy's after the symphony on a fairly regular basis. They always have been accommodating and gracious. Even if some of the evening's specials are no longer available they never have been lacking for good food and drink. In spite of the lateness of the hour when most restaurants are preparing to close, the service at Remy's has always been excellent. In fact, the server usually remembers our special requests which to me is a mark of over the top service. They make us feel "special" and for that and the food we keep returning.

A great restaurant with sophisticated food.
We live in NYC area but visit StLouis regularly; this is one of the best restaurants we've found there. The food is Mediterranean-oriented - we shared excellent hummus, incredibly delicate fritto misto on an innovative grainy mustard sauce, a special house-smoked chicken ravioli - but the preparation is the kind of attentive thoughtfulness that makes any cuisine memorable. Waiter was knowledgeable about the wines, friendly service.

Excellent Mediterranean fare and a comprehensive wine list distinguish this gem..
In Short
Animated voices and clinking glasses welcome patrons to this exuberant spot. Remy's pairs a creative Mediterranean menu with one of the best wine lists in the city. Three flights of companion wines are offered each evening; the wine specialist gladly assists in selecting a bottle to complement each meal. A sensuous salad combines Belgian endive and radicchio with walnuts, blue cheese and Mission figs; racy Gorgonzola whipped potatoes and asparagus au gratin are exemplary sides.
