Horrible Dry Cleaner. New to St. Louis & Clayton, specifically. Went to Tip Top for convenience with a Talbot beaded slack suit. Pants were returned with all beads completely GONE! When I shockingly asked what had happened I was rudely informed that I had signed a waiver & that they were not responsible. It would have been nice to have been contacted & advised if there was a chance of destruction.
