This Little Gym gets you in Shape

This little neighborhood gym is really something special.

It's members, all of them, work hard. Most are in great shape already and the others are on the road to achieving their goals.

The people are no different than you or I, but the staff and existing members @ Muscle Up infuse the atmosphere with a information, energy and support and motivate "newbies" with their knowledge and their example. Those who are in the best shape, including the personal trainers and staff, are that way because they work hard, and you will SEE them working hard. Sweating their Butts off, literally, Every Day. Every one is open and friendly and more than willing to give you ideas and strategies for your own success, and the positive atmosphere can goose you out of your lazy, self-defeating behavior.

It is a family owned gym and is VERY casual. There are no strict procedures and rules. No hassles. No worries.

It is home to some of the most knowledgeable, successful personal trainers in St. Louis so if you are looking for that one-on-one experience you will find the best here.

It is small, but the equipment is what you will need to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
