Possible one of the worst customer service tow companies in the city. The dispatcher copied down the address where I needed my car picked up incorrectly, so instead of calling me back to ask for the address again they waiting until I called TWICE to finally confirm the address 30 minutes after they said they'd be here. THEN, they scheduled a driver that was 20 miles away from my location to come get the car. 2 /12 hours later the finally arrived. NO GOOD SERVICE.

i definitely recommend this service to any and all as u never know when you are gonna need a towing service as cars ar just unpredictable and harsley's has rescued this loyal client as well as friends and relatives on numerous occasions so the services and the rates are very much appreciated and we will always call on harsley's first!!

Very Prompt and Professional..... I called on Harsley's Alltimes towing and was very very satisfied with the service received. The person accepting the call asked first if I was in a safe area and immediately dispatched a tow truck. My wait time was not bad at all which was a great relief. I have recommended this company to all friends and relatives. Thanks Alltime :)

Unprofessional/Rip Off. My car was towed from my dentist office parking lot. Which I am no longer a patient do to the tow company. The tow was $440 cash only. $440 for only a couple miles and couple hours. We were not allowed to inspect the car for any damages until the tow was paid. Upon inspection a dent was found on the hood, that we had not noticed before that day. When we asked for their insurance information the man flipped out and began hitting our car. His violent behavior became a physical altercation and the police had to be called to subdue the owner of the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. His behavior was highly unprofessional. Be very cautious when dealing with their company.

highway robbery. If you're looking for an affordable tow, look elsewhere. My wallet is now $440 lighter. Dealing with tows is a part of my job and a $440 tow fee is about twice the normal fee for the St. Louis area. They also refused to let me inspect my vehicle for damage until after I paid for the tow and signed a release. This company is far from reputable. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Extortion Warning. They towed my car from a private lot despite me being a patron there at the time. I recognize that no-one likes being towed, and this may have a been a manager mistake at th property. Regardless, this company padded their routine towing fee (charged me $100 in towing, and $100 in labor- typically only charge $100-150 for a hook up) and charged my $10/mile (typically charge $5). They also charged me a $25 office fee, although no office is present. They just have a lot on the side of a run down, abandoned building. They also charged a $40 daily fee for storage, eventhough the car was on the lot for less than an hour. Total cost for this: $440. Cash only.

Once at the lot, the driver refused to let me survery my car for damages before I had to pay. He wouldn't even let me on the lot until I paid him and signed off on the receipt. When I pointed out damage to my car, he threatened my verbally and told me if I didn't drive off his lot he would "do a lot more damage than that."

When I complained to the lot owner, she told me the tow company was making 30 minute rounds at the lot and towing people all day.

This is extortion. The lot location is dangerous (in a terrible part of North St. Louis, no lights) and the demeanor of the staff is abusive. Do not use this company.

Above and Beyond Service. I found myself in a horrible situation, and in the need of a towing service immediately. I call a couple places and they said that it would be a couple of hours before anyone could get to me. Needless to say, I was a bit frustrated, but getting ready to accept that I had no choice, but to wait. Then I remembered, a friend mentioning the great service that they had received from Harlsley's Alltimes Towing, so I gave them a call. I was more than pleasantly suprised when they said they could be there in under an hour. True to their word, they arrived, had my car hooked up, and ready to go in about 40 minutes. The driver even inquired about how were my child and I going to get home. I assured him that a ride would be there shortly. He then stated, he would feel better if he waited. As soon as my ride arrived, he left to safely deliver my car to the shop. In my opinion, the "little' extras go a long long way!

Positive Experience. After reading the reviews I was hesitant but I am glad I did not let one review keep me from calling Harsley's. (If you parked on a private lot and were towed is that really the tow company's fault??? I don't think so!) The dispatcher was very helpful and the truck arrived in the time quoted. The driver was courteous, professional and made me feel at ease (being a single woman I really appreciated this). Their prices were very competitive. Calling a tow company is not one of the things we ever plan for, but in the event I ever need such services I will definitely call Harsley's again!

Great Service. I called Harsley's Alltime Towing and they showed up in twenty minutes. They came in the timeframe that they promised. The tow truck driver was polite and professional. He waited to my ride arrived. Thanks again.
