Complaint Description: EXTREMELY RUDE AND DEMEANING CUSTOMER SERVICE. DELIVER THREE TIMES LENGTH I WAS TOLD. TODAY, ON DECEMBER 6, AT 6:37 PM MY ROOMMATE AND I ORDERED CHINESE FOOD FROM HON'S WOK IN CENTRAL WEST AREA OF ST LOUIS. THE CONFIRMATION SAID IT WOULD BE THIRTY MINUTES (I ORDERED ONLINE). AT 7:15 I CALLED THE BUSINESS AND SPOKE TO A WOMAN WHO WAS SCREAMING AT ME THAT THE DRIVER WAS ON THE WAY AND HAD ANOTHER ORDER TO DELIVER AS WELL. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AND ORDERED SOMEONE TO DELIVER THE ITASKA ORDER (MY ORDER) RIGHT AWAY.SHE TOLD ME THEY HAD LOOKED UP DIRECTIONS ON COMPUTER. AT THIS POINT SHE SAID IT WOULD BE TEN MINUTES.AT 7:37 I CALLED AND THE WOMAN SCREAMED AT ME LOUDER THAN I HAVE EVER BEEN YELLED AT. SHE KEPT TELLING ME I SAID THEY ON WAY I SAID THEY ON WAY YOU WAIT FIVE MINUTES. WHILE I WAS SPEAKING TO HER SHE SCREAMING IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE AND HUNG UP ON ME!AT 7:49 I CALLED BACK AND ASKED WHEN THE FOOD WOULD BE HERE. I SAID IF IT WAS GOING TO BE HERE IN NEXT FEW MINUTES TO SIMPLY CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND THE CREDIT CARD. SHE BEGAN YELLING AGAIN. ITS OLD LADY SHE DONT KNOW HER WAY (EARLIER SHE TOLD ME THEY HAD LOOKED UP DIRECTIONS). SHE WAS SO RUDE TO ME AND HER COMMENTS WERE DEMEANING AND HARASSING. sEVERAL MINUTES LATER I CALLED BACK AND A MAN ANSWERED. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND JUST ASKED FOR A REFUND. HE YELLED AT ME LOUDER THAN THE WOMAN HAD AND TOLD ME I WAS LIEING THAT IT HADNT BEEN OVER AN HOUR. HE WOULD NOT ANSWER ME WHEN I ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO REFUND THE CARD. I HUNG UP BECAUSE HE WAS YELLING SO LOUD AND THE WOMAN WAS SCREAMING IN THE BACKGROUND- I FELT PERSONALLY ATTACKED! MY ROOMMATE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS AND CALLED BACK- THE WOMAN OF COURSE ANSWERED AND BEGAN YELLING AT HIM. HE EXPLAINED WE WERE FIVE MILES AWAY AND IT SHOULDN'T TAKE THAT LONG WHEN WE WERE PROMISED THIRTY MINUTES. THE WOMAN BEGAN YELLING IN HER LANGUAGE AGAIN AND INTERMITTENTLY TOLD HIM IN ENGLISH 5 MILES WAS A LONG WAY. WHY DO THEY CONFIRM ORDERS IN MY AREA IF THEY FEEL IT IS A LONG WAY? FURTHERMORE THEY TOLD HIM THEY HAD NEVER DELIVERED TO THIS ADDRESS BUT I MYSELF HAVE ORDERED DELIVERY FOR HERE. THEY ARE FULL OF LIES, FULL OF HARASSING AND DEMEANING COMMENTS, HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ARE FLAT OUT RUDE UNNECESSARILY.TYPICALLY I WOULDNT FILE A COMPLAINT, I WOULD JUST "ROLL WITH IT" HOWEVER I WAS YELLED AT BY SO MANY PEOPLE AND IN ORDER TO GET ONE MEAL DELIVERED I HAD TO CALL 17 TIMES BECAUSE THE WOMAN WAS "TALKING TO A FRIEND" ON THE LINE. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS KIND OF UNSEEMLY SERVICE DILETTANTISH BEHAVIOR SHOCKS ME. SURELY THEY REALIZE THEY CANT TREAT PEOPLE IN SUCH A MANNER.I WILL NEVER RETURN OR ORDER FROM THERE AND WILL TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN ABOUT THEIR HORRID ATTITUDES, SERVICE, AND FOOD FOR THAT MATTER!

Your Desired Resolution:

I WANT THEM TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT. NOT ADVERTISE FALSE DELIVERY TIMES. HIRE A DRIVER WHO IS CAPABLE OF THE JOB AT HAND IF THEIR PERSON IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE TASKS REQUIRED. QUIT YELLING!
