I lived here for 2 years, which were for the most part uneventful. But once you move out they try to rob you of your security deposit. They charged me $300 for routine cleaning (which they should do anyway before anyone moves in) and they made up some bogus excuse to take an extra $100 for a key deposit (I thought the word "deposit" meant not for keeps). The ppl who work in the office are all smiles, but are downright dishonest.
- Pros: Good maintenance, door man always there
- Cons: Dishonest staff
