repaired, and Wicke certainly lived up to the hype - fast, friendly and very professional.

An Auto repair place you can trust... for once.
I have used Wicke Auto for the past 5 or 6 years. I found them by searching on line and discovered a number of raves about them. I lived in the West End at the time, so I thought I would try them
out.
I have found them to be completely honest with me (even telling me at times that certain repairs weren't worth it on one of my vehicles because of age and what not) and always fairly priced.
I have referred any and every one I know who needs work done and all my friends and family who have gone, love Wicke too.
Gary is always helpful and can offer advice whether you are just having routine work done or dealing with an insurance company over the work.

St. Louis' Best Auto shop.
I just moved to St. Louis June 15, 2010. I was in a car accident July 9 (I wasn't at fault). I am new to the area so I looked online for a reputable collision repair shop. I came across Wicke and
everyone had great things to say so I took my car there. The guys, Gary and Joe, were absolutely great. They were polite and did not make me feel like I might get ripped off. I am a woman and know little about cars--so that is important to me. They reminded me a lot of the guys on Car Talk.
They did a completely professional job, did not charge me more than what was agreed that I would pay, and had my car ready when they said it would be. I had to take off of work to pick it up, so that was important too. I am really glad I went to them.
FYI: I guess the location is an issue because you can only access the shop by going north on Newstead from Forest Park. The shop is on the left and Newstead dead ends.…
Excellent service and reasonable price. My car had a damaged wheel rim from hitting a curb, Wicke fixed it in $120 which was reasonably priced. The mechanic was very professional and did not try to sell me an additional services.
