Excellent Medical Care

I have been going to Maryland Medical Group for 35 years since I was 12 years old. In all of my visits the office and exam rooms have been spotless. I used to be a patient of Dr. Packman and since he retired am now a patient of Dr. Balis. The patient care is outstanding. I live 2 hours from St. Louis and gladly make the drive for excellent medical care. In the community I live in doctors are more concerned with lavish offices and lavish homes and toys than they are with their patients. They don't run you through like cattle at this office. They genuinely care from the physicians to the office staff.

This office is old, filthy and falling apart. They have a few people on their staff who are friendly but that woman in the billing office is horrible and when I called the office manager to complain she was equally nasty.
